Please read these terms before using ShareTo. They explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.
1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Mosbius Design (Istanbul, Türkiye), which operates ShareTo (“ShareTo”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use ShareTo for an organization, you confirm that you may accept these terms on its behalf.
2. Who can use ShareTo
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. ShareTo is a tool for businesses, creators and the people who manage their social media.
3. The service and the private beta
ShareTo lets you connect social media accounts, prepare posts, schedule them and publish them through each platform's official API. During the private beta the service is free, features may change, and we may limit the number of accounts or posts to keep it reliable.
We will announce pricing before any paid plan starts. Nothing you use for free will start costing money without your explicit agreement.
4. Your account
Keep your login details safe and your account information accurate. You are responsible for activity in your account, including actions taken by people you invite. Tell us at hello@shareto.social if you suspect unauthorized use.
5. Connected platforms
You may connect only accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. When you publish through ShareTo you must also follow the rules of each platform you publish to. By using ShareTo's YouTube features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service; see also the Google Privacy Policy. Other applicable terms include the TikTok Terms of Service, the Instagram Terms of Use, the Meta Terms of Service, the LinkedIn User Agreement and the X Terms of Service.
ShareTo is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any of these platforms. Platforms can change or limit their APIs, posting rules and quotas at any time, which can affect what ShareTo is able to do.
6. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you add to ShareTo. You give us a limited permission to store, process, convert (for example resize or re-encode media) and transmit your content, only as needed to run the service and publish it to the accounts you choose. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies the platforms already hold.
You confirm that you have the rights needed to publish your content and that it complies with the law and with each platform's rules.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use ShareTo to:
- send spam, run fake engagement or post deceptive, duplicate or automated content that breaks platform rules;
- publish unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit material, or content that exploits minors;
- impersonate anyone or connect accounts you are not allowed to manage;
- get around platform limits, rate limits or our own usage limits;
- probe, overload, reverse engineer or interfere with the service or other users.
Breaking these rules can lead platforms to restrict access for everyone, so we enforce them.
8. Suspension and closing your account
You can disconnect accounts or close your ShareTo account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the service or other users at risk, or that a platform asks us to restrict. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and explain why. When an account is closed, we delete its data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
We work to keep ShareTo reliable, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that every post will be published at the exact scheduled time, because publishing depends on third-party platforms, networks and your account status.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of ShareTo. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rules.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service develops. We will post changes on this page with a new effective date and, for significant changes, notify you before they apply. If you keep using ShareTo after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory rights you have as a consumer where you live.
